Little Big Girl

Little Sis was standing proud at the end of her eventful day today!
She had quite a lot to handle, and she did it with flying colors!
*
First, she had a photo shoot with a photographer from a local magazine. It was a follow up to an interview they did with us a couple of weeks ago. The photographer came complete with his studio umbrella and other miscellaneous lighting and photography gear, and had our kitchen all set up. Sis looked so cute and tiny at the end of our kitchen table, doing her best to follow instructions (which were namely to make faces as though she were refusing to eat the broccoli placed in front of her.) She was fantastic!
*
The shoot spilled over into nap time, and she had a 2:45 doctor appointment. So she went all day without a nap...a momentous feat for Little Sis.
*
Then, once at the doctor, she had to get her blood drawn.
I couldn't believe it - she was outstanding!
She courageously climbed into my lap and watched as the nurses prepared her little arm. Then, she watched as they drew her blood, and didn't so much as flinch.
She sat perfectly still and never even cried!
*
All I can say is, "Thank you Jesus, for giving her a nurse with skilled hands!"
And, "Way to go, Little Sis!!!"
You were the biggest little girl I know today!
